The FAIRHAVEN HISTORICAL DISTRICT, established in 1883, is a charming, bayside neighborhood in Bellingham, Washington.  A rich oasis, abundant with quaint diversions including coffee houses, book stores, local potters and wood carvers, a delightful garden/nursery emporium, restaurants and a lively evening scene.  During the summer local festivities include a farmers market, outdoor cinema, music festivals and gallery walks.
